Among the many important measures taken for the educational welfare of students, scholarship is the first one, not only government institutions but also many private institutions are providing scholarships at the central state level.
eScholarship has been brought to integrate all kinds of scholarships in Tamil Nadu with the aim of making it easier for students to access all kinds of scholarship programs.

What is eScholarship?
Tamil Nadu Government provides various Scholarship services to the students among which the most popular eScholarship programs are offered to the following categories.

Eligibility for eScholarship
For students who have secured not less than 50% marks in their previous examination
If the annual income of the parents of students is less than 2 lakhs then they can apply for Tamil Nadu Government eScholarship scheme.
Muslim, Christian, Sikh, Buddhist, Parish students who are below the poverty line as calculated by Tamil nadu government can apply for eScholarship.
eScholarship is available for 11th, 12th, ITI, IT C courses, Polytechnic, Diploma in Nursing, Teacher Training, Graduate Diploma, Any degree, MPhil, PhD etc
You can also apply for Tamil Nadu government scholarships, Tamil Nadu government assisted scholarships, and scholarships from recognized private institutions.
How to apply for eScholarship?
Students of class 11th and 12th can complete the eScholarship application form and get it signed by the Headmaster or Principal of their school and apply for a new or renewal application.
Polytechnic, Diploma in Nursing, Teacher Training, Graduate Diploma, MPhil, PhD students can apply online by following the below instructions.

Save and submit
Students take print out of TN Scholarship 2022 online application
Attach the documents mentioned in the application form along with the application and submit it to the Principal.

How to check eScholarship application status?
